About The Position

Our beautiful dental office is in Houston Heights and we are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated treatment coordinator to join our team. There are two main tasks: Present treatment plans to the patient. Candidate must be familiar and comfortable talking about veneers, Invisalign, and implants. Candidate needs to have a background of sales and a good closing rate. Follow up on the patients that do not commit to the treatment right away. Candidate must be comfortable and confident with phone calls, and organized with follow up through texts and emails as well.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of treatment coordination experience.
Familiarity with Dentrix.
Ability to create a treatment plan on Dentrix.
Ability to present treatment to patients.
Background in sales with a good closing rate.
Comfortable and confident with phone calls.
Organized with follow-up through texts and emails.

Responsibilities

Present treatment plans to the patient, including veneers, Invisalign, and implants.
Follow up on patients who do not immediately commit to treatment.
Make phone calls, send texts, and emails for follow-up.
Take on miscellaneous tasks to help with office flow.
