About The Position
We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is eager to grow with our practice. This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Front Desk Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or in another dental office role and has gained some hands-on Treatment Coordinator experience, even if it was in an all-hands-on-deck environment. We believe in developing talent and are committed to training the right person.
Requirements
- Some dental office experience required.
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience preferred (even if limited).
- Strong communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional personality.
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build trust with patients.
- Strong math skills are a must.
- Coachable, motivated, and excited to learn.
Responsibilities
- Accurately calculate treatment plans, insurance estimates, out-of-network benefits, and patient financial responsibilities quickly using a calculator.
