Tom Ford Beauty – Global Communications Associate Role Overview Support the Global Communications team in executing strategic initiatives across product launches, events, press, and digital activations. This role will contribute to elevating brand visibility and desirability by assisting in the delivery of impactful communications programs aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interest in luxury beauty, fashion, and media landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Available to travel both domestically and internationally for key internal and external events (2-4x per year)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Communications team in the planning and execution of the Global Earned Media strategy, including but not limited to Events, PR Seeding, and Reporting.
  • Assist in coordinating Global activations, including logistics, timelines, and vendor communication.
  • Conduct daily research and brief leadership on timely industry news.
  • Meticulously manage Global stock of PR product and collateral materials.
  • Support Assistant Manager with timely execution of the PR Planning Grid.
  • Develop understanding of cross-functional teams to support 360° launch moments, ensuring alignment and partnership.
  • Schedule and record thorough meeting minutes for recurring Regional and cross-functional status calls.
  • Monitor media and social coverage, tracking top placements and supporting the Assistant Manager in compiling recurring reports.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating press materials, including press releases, media lists, and digital assets.
  • Contribute to the development of internal presentations, reports, and event recaps.
  • Provide administrative support including ad hoc product send outs, invoice tracking and expense reconciliation and Corporate Meeting Card management.
