Responsibilities

• Business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning (30% office time).
• Coaching, development, and operational excellence through structured visits (70% restaurant time).
• Sales forecasting and labor optimization.
• Interviewing, hiring, and staff scheduling.
• Inventory and food cost management.
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Overseeing new hire and recipe training.
• Fostering leadership development across all levels.
• Hosting one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Preparing teams for emergencies like robberies, fires, or medical incidents.
• Actively managing and responding to guest feedback.
• Celebrating wins and addressing concerns with urgency and care.
• Maintaining R365 and Daily Chex reporting.
