About The Position

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide private-duty, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes in Middleburg, Florida, and surrounding areas. The role supports clients in maintaining their independence, daily routines, comfort, and quality of life. Opportunities are part-time or PRN, with weekday and weekend assignments, flexible schedules, and recurring weekly assignments or additional hours when available and based on client needs. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly, and employment is W-2. Personal liability insurance is not required. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. The report may include civil and criminal records, driving records, birth records, and other public records across federal, state, and county jurisdictions. Requirements

  • Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Social Security card.
  • Health statement dated within the past six months.
  • Two hours of Alzheimer's training.
  • One hour of HIV/AIDS training.
  • Two hours of medication assistance training.
  • Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to compassionate senior care.
  • Authorization for a comprehensive background review.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and social engagement.
  • Assist with walking and safe transfers.
  • Prepare meals and perform light household tasks.
  • Provide medication reminders.
  • Provide transportation and run errands when needed.
  • Support clients experiencing Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
