About The Position
Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role supports patients’ recovery, mobility, independence, and quality of life while working with patients, families, and the home health team. The position is offered full time or part time, with flexible scheduling. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, plus $0.56 per mile for mileage reimbursement; pay is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Recent clinical experience or CNA training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to meet employment screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care, hygiene, and oral care services.
- Assist with dressing, grooming, and bathing needs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Document care provided according to the patient's plan of care.
