About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes in the Davis/Weber, Utah area. The role supports patients in maintaining independence and comfort at home through assistance with daily living and personal care, monitoring vital signs, and documenting services in accordance with each patient's plan of care. The position is offered part-time and PRN, with flexible scheduling. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, plus $0.56 per mile in mileage reimbursement; pay depends on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Recent clinical experience or CNA training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to meet employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and oral care services.
• Assist patients with dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Document care provided according to the patient's plan of care.
