About The Position

Heritage House is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for weekend-option shifts on days and evenings. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and delivering individualized attention with dignity and respect. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated, comprehensive resident care and demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.

• Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
