About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants at North Capitol Nursing and Rehab help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and promoting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. This is a full-time Weekend Option Days position.

Requirements

Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
Have the stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Have supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike atmosphere.
Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
Perform nursing services and assist residents with mobility.
