CNA - Weekend Option
About The Position
Riverview Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for weekend-option shifts on days and evenings. CNAs foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. They assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and collaborate with nursing and facility teams to deliver coordinated care. The role calls for physical stamina, supportive communication, teamwork, and a commitment to senior care excellence and the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide nursing services.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Have supportive presence, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively toward excellent resident care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.

- Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
