About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) helps foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs work collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. This is a weekend-option opportunity at Allisonville Meadows, with weekend evening/night shifts.

Requirements

Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Show supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
