CNA - Weekend Option
About The Position
Hillcrest Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for its weekend option, with day and night shift options available. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and collaborating with nursing and facility teams to deliver coordinated care. Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have the stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Have supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.

- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated and comprehensive care.
