About The Position

Ridgewood Rehabilitation is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide resident-focused care in a senior living community. CNAs assist residents with daily care, offer companionship, support independence, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role involves building relationships with residents and contributing to their quality of life as part of a care team.

Candidates must hold an active Nebraska CNA certification in good standing. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, work effectively with a care team, and demonstrate dependability, professionalism, compassion, integrity, and a positive image.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Encourage resident independence whenever possible.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional conditions.
• Provide compassionate support and companionship.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Complete accurate documentation of resident care.
