About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the community. The role supports patients in recovering, improving mobility, and maintaining independence and quality of life. The CNA works with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team, with flexible part-time and PRN scheduling. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, plus $0.56 per mile in mileage reimbursement; pay depends on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Recent clinical experience or CNA training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to meet employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and oral care services.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and bathing needs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Document care provided according to the patient's plan of care.
