About The Position

Requirements

• Certification from the State of Minnesota or enrollment in an approved Certified Nursing Assistant course.
• 18 years of age and on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions.
• Willing to work as a team member and treat the job with a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)
• Reporting changes in resident condition
• Promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills
• Keeping the resident areas orderly
• Treat residents with courtesy and respect.
• Follow the direction of staffing leaders as well as the plan of care for each resident.
