About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide residents with daily nursing care and services based on their care plans and individual needs. They also offer residents companionship, compassion, and encouragement. This position is with Trilogy Health Services at Kingston of Dupont in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Requirements

• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED/HSE.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living, including turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents' comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
