About The Position
Cantex is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with each patient's care plan. The role supports the greatest possible degree of patient independence while following safety policies and procedures and applicable state and federal guidelines and regulations. The position is at Skilled Nursing at The Broadmoor at Creekside Park in Spring, Texas, and is full-time. A $1,500 incentive bonus is advertised. The listed shift is a double-weekend schedule, 6 a.m.–10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements
- Hold an active Texas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license (#CNANR).
Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of patient independence while maintaining safety and following policies, procedures, and state and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Follow established policies and procedures for safe lifting and transferring of patients.
- Identify, document, and report changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor.
