About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role supports patients in recovering, improving mobility, and maintaining independence and quality of life. CNAs work with patients and their families and contribute to a supportive, collaborative care team. The position offers full-time and part-time scheduling, with flexible scheduling noted in the posting. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, with mileage reimbursement of $0.56 per mile. Pay depends on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Recent clinical experience or CNA training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to meet employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and oral care services.
• Assist patients with dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Document care provided according to the patient's plan of care.
