About The Position

Beech Grove Meadows is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for its weekend option. CNAs foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. They assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and reassurance, while honoring each resident’s dignity, respect, and individual needs. The position is offered for full-time day, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide residents with companionship and reassurance.
• Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that respects residents’ dignity and individual needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Contribute to a respectful and positive work environment and work with the team toward excellent resident care.
• Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
