About The Position

Riverview Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for weekend option day and night shifts. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. They assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and promote dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role involves collaborating with nursing and other facility teams to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care and demonstrating the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrated commitment to C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide residents with companionship and reassurance.

• Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate and provide comprehensive care.
