About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants at North Park help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and giving individualized attention while respecting each resident’s dignity. CNAs collaborate with nursing and facility teams to provide coordinated care and demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing and facility teams and work toward shared care goals.
• Interpersonal communication skills that support a respectful and positive work environment.
