About The Position
At Senior Home Companions, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, one-on-one non-medical care to seniors in the Indianapolis area. We aim to enhance the lives of seniors and ensure they feel valued and appreciated. We offer a unique 1:1 client-caregiver ratio, allowing for meaningful relationships and personalized care. Our mission is to bring joy to clients' lives through kindness and dedication, supported by flexible schedules and competitive pay, including overtime.
Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must have your own personal transportation.
- A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
- Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Providing non-medical personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
- Assisting with daily living activities like light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and dishes.
- Offering companionship and engaging our clients in activities they love.
