Caregiver (CNA or CHHA) Memory Care
About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide personal care, support, and companionship to residents in memory care. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes in residents’ needs, coordinating with the Nurse to update Resident Care Plans, and encouraging participation in community programs and activities. The stated pay range is USD $20.75–$23.75 per hour; offers may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. Requirements
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA; Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
