Overnight Memory Care CNA/ CHHA - Full Time
About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA/CHHA to provide personal care, support, and companionship to memory care residents. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, observing changes in their condition or care needs, and working with the Nurse to update Resident Care Plans. The position also encourages residents to participate in community programs and activities. The listed pay range is USD $20.50–$23.50 per hour; compensation offers may consider experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. The stated range excludes bonuses and the value of benefits.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Current state-required CNA, HHA, or CHHA certification; Medication Aide certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
