About The Position
The Village at The Woodlands Waterway is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide attentive, compassionate care to senior residents in memory care. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities, responding courteously to call lights, maintaining clean rooms, recording vital signs and nutrition intake, supporting mobility and exercise, and following safety and infection-control procedures. The position is full-time, with a 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. shift.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the State of Texas.
- Hospitality-oriented approach and a passion for working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
- Answer call lights promptly and courteously.
- Change linens and maintain clean, tidy resident rooms.
- Record vital signs and nutrition intake.
- Assist residents with mobility and exercise.
- Ensure resident safety and follow infection-control procedures.
