Memory Care CNA (Weekends)
About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Memory Care CNA to provide personal care, support, and companionship to residents. The role includes helping residents with activities of daily living, monitoring changes in their condition and personal care needs, and collaborating with the Nurse to update Resident Care Plans. The CNA also encourages residents to participate in community programs and activities. The listed salary range is USD $20.00–$23.00 per hour; actual offers may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. The stated salary range excludes bonuses, additional incentives, and the value of benefits.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA; Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plans.
- Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
