About The Position

Heritage House is seeking a Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a warm, supportive, and homelike environment. CNAs help with activities of daily living and provide companionship and reassurance, while prioritizing each resident’s well-being, dignity, respect, and individual needs. The role works with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. Full-time day and evening opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Work collaboratively with facility teams and communicate in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities
