About The Position
This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Memory Care, offering both Part-Time (PT) and Full-Time (FT) positions. The position involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. It requires assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and observing changes in their condition or care needs, communicating these to the Nurse for updates to their personal Resident Care Plan. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key part of the role.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and love working with people.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA.
Nice To Haves
- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
