About The Position

Lincoln Tech in Moorestown, NJ is seeking qualified registered nurses to join our faculty as Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructors for our Practical Nursing program. This position offers experienced nurses the opportunity to transition into nursing education with comprehensive institutional support and training. We are seeking BSN or MSN-prepared registered nurses with Med-Surg clinical experience to deliver quality nursing education in both classroom and clinical settings. Teaching experience is not required as we provide extensive faculty development and mentoring to ensure your success as a nursing educator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Current, active RN license in New Jersey
  • Minimum three years of recent clinical nursing experience
  • Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Teaching experience is not required as we provide extensive faculty development and mentoring to ensure your success as a nursing educator.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and deliver nursing curriculum in classroom and clinical environments
  • Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations and demonstrate evidence-based patient care practices
  • Instruct students in fundamental nursing techniques and skills development
  • Assess student learning outcomes and maintain comprehensive academic records
  • Contribute to student preparation for professional nursing practice
