About The Position

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family of businesses, is hiring a Clinical Educator RN in Pearland, Texas. The role is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that meet the educational needs of nursing services and support the professional development of nursing staff. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a multi-specialty clinic recognized for coordinated and accountable care. The salary range is $72,800–$130,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay depends on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements. Candidates must pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Valid and current RN license and current BLS certification.
At least 3 years of clinical experience, including experience in education.
Experience in patient or staff education.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Windows-based computer skills.
Clinical expertise in core skills.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in nursing or education.
BLS instructor certification.
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic or ambulatory care experience.
Experienced educator, CRT experience, and program development skills.
Experience creating an approved nurse continuing education program.
