About The Position
This is a full-time, over-the-road solo driving position operating under FedEx authority, with a dedicated dispatcher providing consistent, year-round, high-mileage freight. This role is ideal for drivers seeking high miles, reliable pay, and new, well-maintained equipment. We value drivers who take pride in professionalism, communication, and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 2 years, or 1 year in the last 5 years
- Willing and able to stay out 2 weeks at a time
- Clean MVR and criminal background
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety, reliability, customer service, and equipment care
Nice To Haves
- Willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer over the road.
- Adhere to FedEx procedures and security standards.
- Maintain communication with dispatch.
- Ensure safe and reliable delivery of freight.
- Care for company equipment.
Benefits
- $1500 sign on bonus
- Solo pay $0.70 cents per mile
- Guaranteed minimum of 1750 miles per week
- Weekly direct deposit
