About The Position

Requirements

• Valid class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Able to safely and efficiently back in trailers and trucks
• Able to effectively communicate with dock and office staff with a radio
• Able to maintain good professional communication in a diverse team environment.
• Prepared and able to work in all outside conditions
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) required in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and common sense in daily activities.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate.
• Physical Demand Limit (PDL) generally is at 60-70 lbs. with occasional PDL at 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the backing in and pulling out of both tractor trailers and box trucks in communication with dock and clerks.
• Keep the yard organized.
• Ensure equipment is fueled on site.
• Chock tires and move loading ramps in place as needed.
• Inspect and complete thorough pre and post trips on all equipment.
• Maintain all necessary and accurate load paperwork.
• Work with a minimal amount of supervision and adhere to all Dutch Farms policies.

• Starting wage of $25 per hour
