About The Position
Tacheny Exteriors is a fourth-generation, family-owned home remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, windows & doors, soffit & fascia, and decks. With decades of excellence behind us and a growth-focused future ahead, we take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and creating a positive experience for our customers and team members alike. We are looking for 1099 subcontractor crew members who are for motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals who want to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a siding installer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs of siding.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
