As a fourth-generation, family-owned company, we design, manufacture, distribute, and install our own cabinetry throughout New England giving you steady, year-round work and a recognized leadership role over our highest-visibility installs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of carpentry, custom cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience
  • Proven ability to lead and train other carpenters
  • Deep experience with high-end or custom finish carpentry
  • Reads plans fluently, no hand-holding required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Has led finish-carpentry crews, not just worked on them
  • Notices the details other carpenters walk past
  • Sets the standard other carpenters follow
  • Has zero tolerance for cut corners on customer-facing work

Responsibilities

  • Lead installation of custom cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on showroom and residential projects
  • Own quality control and final walkthroughs for your crew's work
  • Mentor and train Apprentices, Level 1, and Mid-Level Carpenters
  • Solve complex fit-and-finish challenges independently
  • Be the go-to expert that Designers, Project Managers, and clients trust on site
  • Represent Norfolk professionally on high-visibility, customer-facing projects
