Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Ability to frequently lift, bend, reach, push, pull, and grab.
Excellent seeing, hearing, and reading skills to navigate the facility safely and follow written orders.
Flexibility to work overtime if necessary.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust, and operate the Garnett machine safely and efficiently according to production orders.
Catch, inspect, box, and stack finished pillows and pet beds to meet quality standards.
Perform routine machine adjustments, cleaning, and inspections to maximize uptime.
Monitor and maintain necessary raw materials and supplies at the workstation.
Verify that finished goods meet company specifications and order requirements.
