About The Position
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to Loch Lloyd Country Club members and guests while providing friendly, attentive customer service in a fast-paced club environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to enhance the customer experience.
