About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items consistently according to recipe standards while providing outstanding customer service. The role calls for knowledge of coffee, tea, drink preparation, and related products, and includes setup, cleanup, stocking, and handling food items. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule is part of the role. A food handler’s card is required where local or state regulations require one. One or more years of food service or hospitality experience is preferred.
