About The Position

Nordstrom is seeking a motivated, outgoing Barista committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. The role involves preparing and serving beverages and food consistently according to recipe standards, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, drink preparation, and products, and assisting with setup, cleanup, stock work, and food handling. The position is in Downtown Portland and pays $17.40–$18.10 per hour, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.

• At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality.
