About The Position
Nordstrom is seeking a motivated, outgoing barista committed to providing outstanding customer service. The role involves preparing and serving beverages and food items according to recipe standards, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, drink preparation, and products, and helping with setup, cleanup, stocking, and food handling. The position requires clear, professional communication and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule. A food handler’s card is required where local or state regulations require one. One or more years of food service or hospitality experience is preferred.
