About The Position

Caffe Luxxe is seeking friendly, genuine, detail-oriented people for its West LA cafes. This role is for experienced baristas and shift supervisors with specialty coffee experience, a passion for coffee, and an interest in culinary expression and luxury products. The company offers a comprehensive training program and a paid working barista apprenticeship. With positive motivation and aptitude, employees may be trained for a management career or work in other parts of the company. The position requires approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work shifts on most days of the week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Caffe Luxxe is a local, family-owned Los Angeles business founded in 2006. It operates cafes throughout Los Angeles and a coffee roastery in the South Bay, and is committed to hand-crafting coffee for its cafes and wholesale customers.

Requirements

Specialty coffee experience is required.
