About The Position

Nationally recognized law firm has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney - Healthcare, with a Minimum of 4 years of healthcare law experience. The Firm's health care clients include providers and payors, health care systems, hospitals, medical groups, individual practitioners and health care related businesses. The health care team advises on a vast array of health care legal matters, including Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement issues, health care regulatory matters, health care operations, managed care, contracting, payer-provider disputes, health information privacy and security, mergers and acquisitions, finance and litigation. Join the healthcare law team to help deliver effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients that administer or provide healthcare services. Experience with healthcare regulatory and transactional matters with public healthcare providers and Medi-Cal a plus. Locations: Los Angeles or Walnut Creek locations preferred, however, the attorney may be based in any of the following office locations: Northern CA: Sacramento and Walnut Creek. Southern CA: Indian Wells | Irvine | Los Angeles | Manhattan Beach | Ontario | Riverside | San Diego. The position may require regular travel throughout the State, as needed. Prospective employees have provided feedback to the client that one of the most impressive traits of the Firm is the congenial working atmosphere fostered by partners and associates alike. Position is currently REMOTE until further notice, however candidate should reside in the areas of the designated locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of healthcare law experience.

  • Experience with healthcare regulatory and transactional matters with public healthcare providers and Medi-Cal.
