About The Position

Konare Law is a removal defense law firm representing noncitizens in complex, high-pressure immigration removal defense proceedings. The Associate Immigration Attorney will manage an independent docket of removal defense cases from the outset, supported by mentorship, firm infrastructure, paralegals, research assistants, and appellate support. The role includes litigation and advocacy in removal proceedings, and offers a pathway to equity partnership for attorneys who demonstrate legal excellence and leadership in developing the firm. As the practice grows, the attorney will also cultivate referral relationships, contribute to the firm’s visibility, and help shape its strategic direction. The firm focuses exclusively on immigration removal and deportation defense, rather than family petitions or visas.
