About The Position

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is hiring an Associate Attorney focused on family law litigation. The attorney will lead high-impact family law cases from intake through final decree, with marketing and administrative support and an assigned paralegal and billing coordinator. The role includes representing clients in Harris County and surrounding courts, handling contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, protective orders, depositions, mediations, and first-chair trials. The attorney will advise clients through difficult circumstances and provide results-driven, compassionate representation. The firm practices family law, estate planning and probate, and criminal law, and has offices across Texas. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$130,000 plus a bonus structure with potential annual upside of $70,000 or more, along with benefits and an earned hybrid option.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Texas bar license for at least two years.
• Have at least two years of dedicated Texas family law litigation experience.
• Demonstrate courtroom advocacy skills and the ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
• Be highly organized and experienced with family law hearings and estate or guardianship proceedings.
• Have experience with initial consultations and drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Be proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
