About The Position

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a courtroom-ready Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law for their Richmond, TX location. This role is designed for advocates who excel in court but wish to avoid the administrative burdens of managing a practice. The firm provides a dedicated support structure, including paralegals and billing teams, allowing attorneys to focus exclusively on high-level legal practice. The firm handles family law, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters, with multiple offices across Texas. This position specifically focuses on leading high-impact family law cases with comprehensive support.

Requirements

• A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• A fearless presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
• Highly organized advocate experienced in family law hearings, and estate / guardianship proceedings.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact family law cases from contract to final decree with the full support of the marketing and administrative engine.
• Drive contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Represent clients in Montgomery County and surrounding courts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials using deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
• Help clients navigate their toughest chapters with results-driven, compassionate representation.
