About The Position

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is hiring an Associate Attorney focused on family law litigation at its Richmond, Texas location. The attorney will lead high-impact family law cases from contract through final decree, including contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders. The role includes representing clients in Montgomery County and surrounding courts, conducting depositions and mediations, and serving as first chair at trials. The attorney will counsel clients through difficult circumstances and handle matters from initial consultations through drafting pleadings and discovery. Dedicated paralegal, billing, marketing, and administrative support is provided so the attorney can focus on legal practice rather than business development and backend logistics. The firm also handles estate planning and probate, and criminal law matters.

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license held for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas family law litigation experience.
• Courtroom presence and ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
• Strong organization and experience with family law hearings and estate or guardianship proceedings.
• Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
