Working independently, exercising good judgement and discretion, the College of Arts and Sciences Work Study Employee will assist the Dean, Associate Dean, Department Chairs, Faculty, and Staff with projects and administrative tasks as assigned. This includes welcoming all visitors to the College of Arts and Sciences offices, as well as supporting university initiatives including CFAW and Experience LU. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works well with faculty, staff, and students in a fast-paced office environment. Professional demeanor and confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Serves other CAS departments as needed. Maintains good academic standing and work-life balance. Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s Christian model and Mission – Training Champions for Christ. Additional information may be found here QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS Education and Experience Computer experience required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal skills, well-organized, and desire to work with others. Well-developed communication skills are essential. Self-starter; works well without direct supervision.
