Reporting to the Associate Dean of Advancement and Communications at Libraries, the Graphic Designer will create print and digital designs for a variety of audiences that are tied to larger strategic communications, marketing, and advancement efforts. The position will prioritize visually compelling and accessible design that inspires students, faculty, staff, donors, and members of the public to engage and connect with the Libraries and its various programs and services. The position will work across a collaborative team in the Office of Advancement and Communications as well as field a variety of requests and projects across the organization. The Graphic Designer will be a leader in defining and evolving the visual identities of the various brands associated with Libraries and will develop templates and resources to support a consistent brand experience across Libraries. Examples of projects include digital collateral for websites, signage for the Libraries’ facilities, public events, fundraising communications, and executive presentations/slides.
