The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the general day-to-day operations of the community as directed by the Executive Director. This includes general administrative and support responsibilities for various departments, filing, scanning, copying, data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and other tasks as needed. The role requires compliance with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with SRI management and its communities. The Administrative Assistant enhances the SRIM experience for residents, families, and visitors by promoting the core value of the Golden Rule, answering the telephone courteously, and executing routine clerical work.
