Requirements

Responsibilities

• Answer patients’ and families’ questions and address concerns within the scope of knowledge.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments to support efficient resource use and patient flow.
• Support the delivery of patient care, participate in administrative tasks, and assist with healthcare projects.
• Help with data entry and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems.
