As an Epic Patient Access Application analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting Epic applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage your team effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Epic EHR experience including Build Management
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certified SME

  • Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR
  • Advanced proficiency in Build Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and supporting Epic applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively.
  • Being responsible for team decisions.
  • Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Developing innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Leading cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Implementing best practices for application configuration and release management.
  • Mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving application processes to drive efficiency.
